Do I need an account or subscription?
No. You pay once ($29.97) and download the files immediately. There is nothing to log into and nothing renews.
What do I need to open it?
Microsoft Excel. The workbook is an .xlsx file and works in Excel on Windows, Mac and Excel for the web. The formulas are already in place — you only type in your own rates.
Can I customize prices and finishing types?
Absolutely. The pricing calculator uses your own rates for pillows, ornaments, stand-ups, framing, cording, fabrics and rush fees. Add or rename finishing types in one settings tab.
I only finish a few pieces a month. Is it worth it?
It was built for independent finishers exactly like you: too small for dedicated software, but handling pieces valuable enough that a lost detail or missed deadline costs far more than $29.97.
Can I edit the email templates?
Yes. Every message — quote, deposit request, received, in progress, ready to ship, delay notice — is plain text you can adapt to your voice.
